Vellsam introduces its new ‘Revital’ line on the occasion of its 25th anniversary

New state-of-the-art technological solutions formulated by the R&D&I department to increase yields in all vegetative stages of the crops.

Vellsam Materias Bioactivas celebrates its 25th anniversary this year 2024 and several actions are being carried out during the last months to commemorate this quarter of century helping to improve crops and health of people around the world. If this anniversary was launched with a new corporate image, now comes a new line of products: under the new heading ‘Revital’, Vellsam has new technological solutions of last generation, formulated from the I-D-i department to increase yields in all vegetative stages of crops.

One of these new products in the ‘Revital’ range is Vellca Vital, a technical calcium solution with high silicon content in the form of orthosilicic acid that regulates the absorption and transport of essential nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium in plants. Its action strengthens plant cells, increasing their rigidity and resistance, while reducing evapotranspiration losses, maintaining water balance in conditions of high transpiration. It is recommended for growth and development periods, strengthening tissues and participating in the formation of cell membranes.

Radivell Vital is a powerful rooting agent designed with an optimal blend of enriched amino acids, such as glutamic acid and tryptophan, which improve nutrient and water absorption, promoting more effective rooting. This product stimulates auxin (AIA) synthesis naturally, which makes it especially useful during periods of root loss. It stimulates root growth, neutralizes the phytotoxic effects of heavy metals, prevents the appearance of nutritional deficiencies, promotes the growth of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, improves root resistance to low temperatures and helps the plant to overcome nutritional, water, phytopathological and thermal stress.

On the other hand, Maxivell Vital is a fertilizer with amino acids obtained by enzymatic fermentation of yeasts that acts favoring fruit set, fruit fattening and yields, as well as favoring a homogeneous flowering, thanks to its high content of biologically active amino acids, potassium and phosphorus. It is a highly effective product in the induction of the fruit set process that does not contain hormones in its composition and increases the number of fruits per plant due to the general improvement of the fruit set process.

As for Brixtoner Vital, it is a fertilizer with amino acids that increases sugar levels (º Brix) in fruits, improving both their production and quality. It is ideal for application during fruit ripening, helping plants to convert starch and fructans into sugars such as sucrose through the photosynthesis process. It contains oligosaccharides that are transported from the leaves to the fruits during their development and ripening. Amino acids are key to fruit coloration and ripening, increasing color and soluble solids in table grapes, citrus, berries, apple trees and vegetables.

Finally, Auxvell Vital is a product that combines concentrated L-tryptophan and glycine betaine (7%) of natural origin. It promotes auxin synthesis (AIA) in a natural way, improving rooting and fruit fattening. It also reduces the need for exogenous hormones. Its glycine betaine content ensures correct translocation in crops subjected to abiotic stress. It also reduces the incidence of stress-related physiopathologies such as fruit abortion, poor blossom quality, cracking, malformations in fruits and other plant structures.

All these new solutions from Vellsam Materias Bioactivas have already been tested in different types of crops. Thus, with Auxvell Vital increases in weight, size and caliber were achieved in different crops of watermelon and melon in greenhouses; also with Auxvell Vital and Maxivell Vital a better production, crop quality and yield were achieved in a farm of 30,000 square meters with a Galden tomato crop, with higher flowering and increased fruit set; with Brixel Vital and Maxivell Vital a better yield was achieved in a farm of 30,000 square meters with a Galden tomato crop.000 square meters of Galden tomato crop, with a higher flowering and increased fruit set; with Brixtoner Vital the Brix º was increased by up to 20% and the firmness and weight of the fruit was improved in Angelle tomato; with Radivell Vital more root length, vegetative biomass and nutrient absorption were achieved in zucchini crops.
