VELLSTAR is a soluble liquid product formulated with calcium and complexed with organic acids (heptagluconic acids and lignosulfonic acids) for foliar and root application.

Product developed to counteract the negative effects of excess sodium (Na) in soils and irrigation waters, as well as an excellent calcium supply.

By means of ionic exchange, the calcium (Ca) in its formulation is exchanged with sodium (incorporating calcium and neutralizing sodium to the soil) achieving a better flocculation and leaching of salts in the soil, and therefore, an improvement in its texture, increasing the permeability of the soil and its porosity, draining the salts from the root bulb with the consequent benefit for the plant. Organic acids favor the mobility of calcium present in the soil, maintaining the effect longer and reducing its conductivity.
