VELLCA is an invigorating and preventive product, repairing calcium deficiency states. It is indicated for periods of increased growth and development, being absorbed quickly to the plant organs, with greater activity and demand for nutrients, strengthening plant tissues, as it acts directly on the formation and compaction of the plant cell membrane.

Calcium must also be considered an essential element in soil fertility.

Purposes for which it is applicable:

– Preventive and curative control of calcium deficiencies.

– Improve crop quality.

– Improve fruit consistency during and after harvest.

Being able to be used as a nutritional source of calcium in any type of crop, its use is especially recommended in crops that are characterized by easily developing physiopathologies caused by a deficient assimilation of calcium, such as:

– Aseptic apical rots of cucumber, bell pepper and tomato.

– Leaf necrosis, “tip burn”, on lettuce and strawberry.

– Vitrescence in melon.

– Corked, “bitter Pit” in apple.

– Fruit splitting in citrus, plum, cherry, nectarine, etc.
