NPK-specific fertilizers for the fattening stage of the fruit are often used to achieve high crop yields. A common practice in the field has been the indiscriminate use of products based on hormones such as ANA and ANA measure to increase the size of the fruits in formation. In this work, the effect of a hormone-based product against a NPK balance in the form of a gel designed for the fruit fattening phase (Plant Power 7-0-21) on the formation of the fruits in the final fattening phase visualizing its effect on the size of the fruit that is determined by the caliber and by the external diameter.
The treatments with Plant Power 7-0-21 and the hormone-based product were effective in increasing the number of fruits set per plant, obtaining more fruit per plant on the surface treated with Plant Power 7-0-21 where additionally Vellcuaje was applied. This increase in the number of fruits was due to the root application of the Vellcuaje product (designed exclusively to increase flowering) at a dose of 2L / ha that was carried out at two specific moments, one between sampling M2 and M3 and a second application between the sampling M3 and M4. The application of Vellcuaje in the area treated with Plant Power was effective to alleviate and reverse the effects caused by high temperatures on the loss of flowers and fruits set, since the temperature recorded in that area of the greenhouse was much higher than in the area treated with the hormone-based product. The cause of this difference in temperature is due to the unevenness of the greenhouse where heat tends to accumulate in the highest part of the greenhouse (area treated with Plant Power 7-0-21).
Also, treatments with Plant Power 7-0-21 and the hormone-based product increased the size of the fruit, although there were no significant differences during the first 3 applications. However, the repeated application of Plant Power 7-0-21 produces a cumulative effect on the development of the fruit, translating into a greater external diameter of the fruit and, consequently, greater caliber. The hormone-based product is a phytoregulator based on plant hormones containing ANA 0.675% 7 ANA AMIDA 1.8% w / v. It is a product based on a combination of phytoregulators that acts as a stimulant of the vegetative activity and as an inducer of the curdling of flowers in various crops, in addition to positively influencing the increase in the size of the fruits. Plant Power 7-0-21 is a specific NPK gel balance for the fattening stage of the fruit. Our formulation technology combines a high quality of the nutrients with the latest generation of coadyuvants developed that facilitate on the one hand the preparation of the liquid to be applied in the treatment tanks thanks to the homogenization of the treatment broth and on the other hand the effectiveness as nutrient The NPK balances of the Plant Power Range present a greater availability of nutrients thanks to the high capacity of neutralized bicarbonate that increases the availability of nutrients and facilitates the absorption of nutrients in the moist areas of the roots.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the Plant Power 7-0-21 fertilizer compared to a hormone-based product in the increase of the size of the fruit and increase in the production in Caniles tomato plants.

3.2 Experimental Design
Control Plants: Treated with a hormone-based product (0.67% ANA + 1.8 ANA MIDA)
Plants treated with Vellsam product: Plant Power 7-0-21 (10 kg / ha)
Method of application: 9 applications via irrigation weekly.
Control Surface (Hormoned-based): 7,500 m2.
Surface treated with Plant Power 7-0-21: 7.500m2.
Number of Samples Carried out in Greenhouse: 5 evaluations (Samples identified as M1, M2, M3, M4, M5,M6, M7 y M8) made 3 days after each application.
NOTE: The treatments of the product based on hormones and Plant Power 7-0-21 were always applied the same day on the surfaces identified as Control and Plant Power, respectively.
4. ANALYSIS OF RESULTS
- Increase in crop yield and yield.
- Better formation and consistency of the fruits produced.
- Greater caliber of the fruit.
